This web site will explain how to log on to Becker Tire's main frame computer to check State of Kansas pricing, availability and to place an order for product for all State of Kansas agencies. This site will also give you a listing of all Becker Tire locations and associate dealers throughout the state that will honor the contract state pricing.
1. To log on to check pricing, availability or to place an order, click on the E-TireLink button below. Please read all instructions before clicking on the link. To look for the closest dealer location for service or to deliver your product, click on the location button below.
2. When the new window appears you will need to enter a user name and a password. The user name for all Kansas agencies is... state. Your password for access to the State of Kansas account number is... 6666.
3. To check inventory or pricing, click on the inventory lookup screen, enter the size you are looking for in the fast find column. Enter the numbers of the size only... no letters dashes or slashes. Click on the find button. The next screen will display all tires for that size with quantity available and state agency pricing.
4. If you need to order tires, you must go to the order entry screen and click on the ship to button. Please list the name and address of your location in the appropriate boxes and your name and phone number in the special instructions box. Be sure to hit the save button after entering your information. Once the information has been entered and saved, you can place your order for the product you need. Once you have all the product entered, finalize the order and it will automatically print to our Great Bend distribution center. Your order will then be processed and sent out on the next truck to the location you are dealing with. IMPORTANT: The ship to box must be filled in or Becker Tire will not know where to ship the tires.
